Welcome to my new online home!
I’m so glad that you stopped by here! My website was recently renewed and redesigned by my Finnish friend, Ville Haatanen, who runs the website design company Tietotekniikka Haatanen. In addition to his design work, Ville hosts a concert series in Kaavi, Finland where I am scheduled to perform. When he visited my old website, he noticed that there was wrong information about his event. He also noticed that my website needed help! So, here we are. In the coming weeks and months I plan to do more posting here, giving you candid “snapshots” of my musician life, road stories, profiles of my musician friends and random thoughts about blues, soul, music and life in general. In all worthwhile endeavors it truly takes a village to make things happen. So I’m sending thanks to Ville; the photographers, Rich Voorhees, Mark Sheldon, Lorri Markum; my sidemen; our great audiences; the radio jocks that continue to play my music; to our festival hosts worldwide; to my fantastic agent, Erkan Ozdemir; and to Severn Records for putting me on the map making music all over this earth.
